Choosing the right rubber polymer compound is essential to ensure longevity and prevent seals from failing under pressure.
Food-Grade Silicone
Completely tasteless and odorless. Retains flexibility from -60°C to +230°C. Recommended for baking ovens, filling nozzles, and dairy lines.
Food-Grade EPDM
Outstanding resistance to fruit acids, animal fat, steam sterilization, and Clean-in-Place (CIP) cleaning chemicals.
Food-Grade Nitrile
Formulated in white or blue. High resistance to cooking oils, greases, butter, and fatty foods. Great for mechanical conveyor pads.
Metal-Detectable Rubber
Formulated with laser magnetic iron oxides, allowing food line metal detectors to instantly identify fragment wear contamination.
